FEE INCREASE FOR 2005
From today, an increase in tuition fees will apply to all offers for University of Wollongong tuition fees for international students commencing courses in 2005.
All fees have been increased, with the exception of Study Abroad, which remains at $7500 per session.
If the student has ALREADY received an offer for a course commencing in 2005, including a course at WUC leading to a degree course commencing in 2005, the student will pay the fee advised in the offer letter.
The only exception to this is
- if the student changes the SESSION in which he or she commences in 2005 (e.g. defers from intake A 2005 to intake B 2005)
- if the student changes the COURSE for which the offer is made
From TODAY, THURSDAY 10 JUNE, all offer letters for 2005 courses will be issued with tuition fees at the 2005 levels through UniAdvice and WUC Wollongong and Sydney.
A PDF with the new fees will be posted on the website on Tuesday 15 June. Meanwhile, the new 2005 rates can be found for individual courses through the CourseFinder function at http://www.uow.edu.au/prospective/.
We remind you that the University of Wollongong has a tuition fee policy which
- guarantees that the fee level at which a student enrolls is held constant throughout the course, and is NOT subject to annual increases
- guarantees that the tuition fee on the offer letter is honoured, however far in advance the UOW course commences (provided that the student enrolls in the course and session stated in the offer)
